Where I'm from we just say it, simpler, clearer, and establishes once and for all who we're dealing with, the jerk.

We call them ass holes. Okay?

Pure and simple. Any man who'd stoop to insulting pictures of an obviously beautiful woman has some serious issues at play. We could go down a list of say ten different issues and I'd probably be right on most.

One of your responders said what needed saying: the guys a wanker. Too nice. He's an asshole. Let's just say it.
