Bravo!

You are a champion. No, I'm not trying to be funny or demoralizing.

I self-published my first and only book on Amazon a number of months ago and thus far I don't think I need both hands to keep track of how many I've sold. Certainly, nothing I would want to lose track of I assure you.

You've of course heard that old yarn or whatever they call it: that we have to start somewhere, he'll even Stephen King started with one damn book. Did he not? I mean he didn't just sneeze and out came three damn books…

My book was a romance in Central America. Contrary to what your book offers, (an inside view on how to handle life post-divorce I think...), my book won't help you even with such things as how to brush your teeth!

Point in this? Yeah right hahaha! No really, point being my friend is that we have begun, I dare say you are way further down the road than I as I have only one book out. Perhaps most importantly: is it fun? Does it make your coffee taste a little better?, Is it on extremely rare occasions cool to mention offhand amidst a troupe of fine ladies, 'Ah well, I write...' Even if it is to your young nieces...

Then? It's F·%$&ing worth it!!!

Be strong, and don't get too discouraged. From your picture you're a young buck, I'm going on 70. In other words, you have a lifetime left to sell a couple more books. Not me,

Be blessed and be happy, why not??!!
