Deborah,

You, er, take the cake for responses, haha!

I need to clarify I do believe. Yes I have pastries. I started over ten years ago at my peak I got up to 20 stores and kitchen. Now down to ten and holding.

But to clarify: I couldn’t bake a cake if my life depended on it. Well, maybe. But no, I am no baker. I had a store in my hotel and used it to ‘spawn’ a separate business. I was the ‘money man’ as they say. It’s almost funny to say that; I can put a store in for under 5 grand. But yeah, I had the talent in my kitchen, the real pros, the people I look up to, (almost worship).

The virus has made it almost impossible.

My product line is rather extensive, middle market, (no fancy French work…), white cakes, Chocolate cakes, and everything in between , literally, and now frozen cakes have become a big deal. People always want a cake for the special date, birthdays, Mothers day, Xmas, New Years, graduation, etc, etc, etc. Even with a virus! Thats my main product, aside from that are a long list of pastry breads, rolls.

Anyway , just felt I needed to share. I wish I knew how to bake haha! I’m guessing you’re probably expert.

Thanks for the kind comments Deborah, truly.

Have a nice weekend.

Tom
