Certainly the subject of th3e importance or otherwise of reading calls for further study1

The greatest authors of course tell us to read our hearts (and our eyes out), presumably this is where we writers get our ideas to write about.

My reading has gone through so many phases Ive lost track. Ive gone from barely reading to reading voraciously, to skimming to jumping from book to book and subject to subject and never coming to conclusion.
