Hi Donna
Fascinating subject matter: to sleep less.
After my cancer a handful of concrete solid things in my life went through changes. Sleep was one of them. Though I've always been an early riser. Getting up at five or so. Now I roll out of bed 3:45 like today, other days 4:00, like that.
If I can swing it, a nap becomes a lifeline during a fatigued, busy day.
I finally fall asleep 11 or midnight. So like four hours sleep.
Will this always be the case? Don't know. After the big C, I discovered, even more so than before , that life is nothing if it isn't loads of ongoing changes, adjustments, etc.
Thanks.
Tom
