What if Medium were to find the way to publishing these 'how i pergormed' pieces in less frequency?

I mean there are some really top writers that contribute useful posts on the 'how to' in Medium.

When I started with Medium closer to 2 years now those how to posts were very helpful. Now rarely read them unless they are 'top shelf' writers.

Not an easy question and the apparent 'slowness' of Medium deciding on these issued simply speaks to thier democratic approach (not the political demicratic...).

Quick decisions generally vome from authoritarian policy making.
Not Medium and I applaud M for this.
