Hi Felicia,

In a nutshell you managed, (no surprise), to encapsulate 'the feeling', so well. I resonate with what you're expressing. Thanks for putting it in chewable form.

We need to bring up our best practices, currently lingering, or creeping anxiety has forced me back to reinforcing those mind routines that have always been there for me. Namely: Holding wholesome thought for as many minutes as I can, say five to ten, yes, hit and miss. Couple this with skillful thinking. In other words stay away from negative thinking, judgmental thinking as much as possible.

This includes being careful about what I take in on the damn tv. Stay away from the dark plots. Yes, I even watched two christmas 'happy movies', which believe it or not are better than drugs!
