Yeah, one of those: woulda, shoulda... dropped him like a hot coal long before. Easier said than done I know, or rather I suspect, having never experienced such a thing.

I mean I've encountered self centered beings, most have, but this guy took it to clinical level.

All I might add is how nice it must feel you are free. He's dead, sorry. But you're free, breathe in that fresh air called liberty. freedom! From here the question could be: how much baggage might you be hauling around as a result from having shared life with this guy.

Hope very little or that it's very manageable...
