Incredible, though it isn't. This was one of the best descriptions I've read of this sort of experience. I'm so glad she made it through 'in flying colors'. How absolutely, unspeakably terrifying that has to have been, my god.

There's so much going on 'just beyond' we really have no idea. I had an experience as a twenty something, fell out of a tree over 35 feet high and my life and all my dreams flashed in front of me, as clear as a picture.

The mystery still seems so out of our reach and our ability to encounter.
