Wow. This post is one to read more than once in hopes some of its timely message sticks. As tough as it is for a much older guy to grasp all the in and outs of Medium your piece comes along at a good time.

There's of course info for both newbies and for those who've been around.

Besides the other info to be explored your comment on the probable fact that readers are Mediums biggest readers makes tons of sense. This needs to be taken seriously by Medium.

Thanks for the practical ideas and hopefully Medium will pick some of them up.
