Great stuff! This is off the charts. But the richness of your descriptions and your thought fractals that seem to spin off into little universes of their own I'm assuming you were over there.

Pretty much every paragraph coughs up a nugget or two. Rich in insight and layden with emotion.

I'm reminded of a Viet Nam vet author, Caputo is it? Can't recall for sure. Heavy and yet very clear.
