Hi Vidya,
So enjoyed your piece in the book store in Chennai! Although it’s thousands of miles apart I too have ‘my ‘ Chennai. These are Barnes and Nobles around the USA. There are few things that can bring me more happiness and a sense of peace than when Igo to my bookstore.

Before I know it several hours have crept by and it feels as I haven’t even started!

The coffee shop in the B&N bookstores allows me to fill my arms with books to skim over at the table. Along with a good, strong coffee and a sandwich and I know I am close to heaven.


Unfortunately my family may not be on the same page as me but lately my 23 year old son has started to join me!


I certainly hope you are able to get your black and white flooring.
