Amazing info you provide Jan. The world need such info. Your new vegan friends helped open my eyes. No judgment from me on any of it. Just people choosing their lifestyles and preferences, which I think is wonderful.

An odd thing happened to me after my cancer surgeries: I ceased being a rather strict vegetarian, this after a meatless decade. My body simply dictated to me that 'you need more protein', just as simple as that!
