Though, in fact, there are those rare beings like your opera singer who simply out do the rest of us.

I knew a 105 year old in Guatemala, papers and all. Tio Chema would rise at four in the morning, have his coffee and beans, and start to work, in his leather sandals with his machete. He was a cutter, his job was to trim the road sides of a vast cattle ranch. His daily walk to work averaged twelve kilometers every day, then add in being on his feet all day.

Like I say.

But its always heartening to see reports such as yours. Gives hope1
