Oddly enough, I found this piece comforting. Sort of like saying to the suffering writer: 'its ok, you'll see...' . From the manual days to doing it all with the incredible aps we have at our disposal today.

Sobering to once again become hyper aware to that truth: No matter what you write, to get it published, one of several ways really isn't even the half way mark!

It seems to me to that writing is really an activity that keeps a number of us (dont know the % of the pop that write...) mildly sane.

And if part of it means we can dream of successfully publishing in the big time hit parade money rolling in faster than I can spend it, my kids and grandchildren assured of workfree futures. Well then...

We write on and enjoy the sublime accolades.
