So glad you saw what was in store for you. Consider yourself blessed, no not in the biblical sense, simply that your mind for what ever reason surged ahead and above the spectacle.

In Honduras( I lived almost 20 years there), we have the crack heads (and anything they can get hands on), members of the toughest gangs, (which shall remain unnamed), these are the people who do not go out in the day because they wear a mask of hellish, ghastly tattoos. They await death and they say they embrace it. The sad truth is that there are guys that want out but for fear of reprisal do nothing.

I saw them on several occasions, once in a neighbor called R Hernandez, there was a round up. It looked like the very ghouls of hell being chased out of rat holes by the soldiers into pickups. Looking into their faces I will never forget the emptiness there...the drug had killed what ever human thing remained within them.

Again, you are one of the lucky ones, blessed one, yes okay maybe not in a biblical sense. Thanks for spreading around the message.
