Thank you for disclosing yet another dark corner of our times. Ballet, who'd a thought it? Then of course, why not. It just seems that wherever a sleazy man can figure out how to rub his dirty paws over a much more vulnerable human being it will happen.

What would make ballet immune to this? Nothing!

One assumes that the incidence of this happening in the ballet world has lessened. I mean, obviously it is no longer a forgone conclusion. To dance means to be forced in the sack with the owners and instructors; no longer.

No doubt the exceptions are always there. Like I say: the predator will not quit as long as they see an opportunity...
