One question, or two: Is Tealfeed within the Medium fold?

I know you said some things on this but what specifically are they looking for?

Where would you place them on the scale of difficulty of entry? In other words do you have to be a top writer on Medium? This was ,my impression...

Finally, why Tealfeed? Do they pay more than others? Just waht is the draw besides being an 'early' writer for them?
