Heartfelt piece. Enlightening too.

I write from Guatemala, am Guatemalan. So for me to find the right hoops to jump through in order to earn something, (in my case maybe fifty centavos), practically impossible. Long way of saying that I write in what some might say comes from the purest perspective.

Writing for the joy of it. No money involved.

Good? Well, no. But until Medium fixes that issue nothing I can do.

The real point here though is to reflect on your thoughts re writing, etc.

There's something liberating, maybe even a little cleansing to write for the sake of writing, the art.

Keep up the effort. Like you seem to suggest, Medium will reset. or refit, whatever.
