The sheer audacity of the man to state that the lands 'conquered' early on now somehow legally belong to Russia. What? I wondering if there isn't some kind of legal route putin is invoking? Sure feels that way. Or could it be just a last and desperate gasp at trying to hold on to what he already stoled?
